Responsibility:

-To support HR Service team to provide employee related services to the staffs.

-To monitor and ensure operative processes meet service standard.

-Work with HR Vendor for social benefits administration and other personnel management and services

-Fully support for on and off boarding, and internal transfer processes

-Support for local employees’ files filing, payroll file filing and other HR filing systems

-Act as the super-user of E leave system management

-Deliver timely and accurate all kinds of HR reports

-Provide other HR support as requested

-Support to develop country C&B processes/systems/programs align with corporate’s

-Provide guidance to through partnership with site HR on key compensation & benefits processes to serve business needs, and in line with the overall business plan;

-Support to country employee handbook annual review and updates;

-Help to prepares and controls overall C&B budgets.

-Interpreting and advising on employment law/local regulations;

-Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures; providing employee services & counseling;

QUALIFICATION:

-Bachelor degree, major in human resources management is preferred

-At least 5 years HR solid experience in a multinational company

-Working experience in HR Shared Service Center is preferred

-Familiar labor Law and labor contract law

-Good numerical sense and analytical skill

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese

-Strong sense of confidentiality and high integrity

-Good team player, be able to work under pressure

-Being organized, proactive, result driven and fast learner

-Proficient in MS office (Excellent in Excel)
