Software validation and testing for AP and Global


工作职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The QA Test Engineer is responsible for the testing of specified application and integrated systems to support installation of a quality product into our operations environment. This includes leading the testing effort on highly complex projects, analysis of product system requirements, including Projects Requirements Analysis / Function Design Specifications and enhancement requests. Testing is focused on ensuring system quality standards are met by planning, designing and executing the appropriate test cases. This includes configuring test plans, mining and manipulating test data, executing test cases, first-level triage of defects found, and retesting of defects through resolution. QA Test Engineers are also expected to help train and mentor more junior QA Test Engineers.

Education and Experience
?Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required
?4+ years SQA experience (Waterfall and/or Agile) is required or 3+ years software/testing development experience.
?Demonstrated experience successfully working on multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize and balance multiple tasks with internal partners and cross departments
?Experience in automation testing and performance area is a plus
?Experience in ATM testing area is a plus

Skills and Knowledge
?Strong attention-to-detail, problem solving and analytical skills required
?Strong oral and written English communication skills
?Experience in developing test strategies, plans and test cases for each project in the space and execution of test plans and cases created.
?Deep understanding of automated testing, load and performance testing, design and implementation of test automation frameworks, automated test script design, execution, and maintenance
?Solid knowledge of testing tools, including automation tools, performance tools, test case management tools, defect tracking tools. Experience of Perl, Bash, Ruby, Python, QC, QTP, Rational etc., is a plus.
?Broad understanding of application development across multiple technologies including Database, Windows or Linux system, file processing, drivers, application, network and web applications.
?Experience in software development (C, C++, C#, Java ) is a plus.
