JOB PURPOSE
Attract, manage and retain Chinese business handled by AL Ethiopia.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

? Establish and drive products volume, market share, and profit for AL-Ethiopia and EAREG but with specific focus on Ethiopia;
? Ensure Customer retention and development of region’s business through his/her personal initiative and that of his/her sales representatives;
? Gather essential commercial information from the network have it broadcasted throughout the network and ensure timely actions on the data;
? Feedback the commercial information to the network and make sure of their consideration;
? Establish and estimate the whole customers’ portfolio/prospects in Ethiopia;
? Establish and gauge competitors and market prices practiced in Ethiopia;
? Set up a regional marketing strategy according to the strategic development are fixed by the sales management team.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
? At least 5 years’ experience in Business development / sales & marketing preferably in logistics;
? Good knowledge of Microsoft office;
? Good use of email;
? Excellent communicator.
