职位描述
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,车辆工程、机械设计类相关专业毕业,3年以上工作经验;
2、在整车制造企业从事过两年以上汽车底盘、车身设计等相关技术工作;
3、能够熟练应用CATIA、UG或Pro/Engineer三维画图软件从事设计工作;
4、熟悉汽车结构、设计理论、开发流程和方法;熟悉相关法规、标准等;
5、具有良好的组织、协调和沟通能力;有较强的责任心和事业心;
6、具有良好的学习能力,能够适应高效率的工作环境,能够承受较大的工作压力;
7、有客车整车企业三年以上相关从业经验者优先;
岗位职责
1、负责电动汽车产品结构、匹配等设计开发工作;
2、负责完成整车主要系统总成、关键零部件的布置设计工作;
3、负责编制或整理相关的技术资料,产品图纸以及3D数模、产品标准、检验或试验等要求。
4、负责相关供应商的技术管理,对供应商提供的产品进行标准及质量控制。

北京清能华通科技发展有限公司是为了响应国家自主创新、加速科研成果产业化进程的号召,在科技部、北京市政府、清华大学的大力支持下于2004年7月成立的从事新能源与节能交通技术研发及产业化的高新技术企业,是北京清华节能与新能源汽车工程中心的产业化实体。
目前公司已在多种类型电动汽车整车设计、新能源动力系统研发、汽车电子控制系统开发等关键技术方面取得重要成果,并拥有支撑上述研发与产业化工作的高素质团队,以及系统化的、具有国际先进水平的开发环境。公司建设的北京国际新能源交通示范园及中国第一座车用加氢示范站,承担了国家高新技术研究发展计划(863计划)“燃料电池城市客车示范车开发与试验运行研究”项目、“可再生能源制氢及HCNG城市客车研发”项目,负责了中美、中欧、中加等新能源汽车及相关技术的国际合作事务。
公司依靠完备的开发平台,深入开展新能源汽车的工程化、产业化开发,包括多种能源动力形式:如燃料电池动力、燃油混合动力、氢内燃机动力、天然气混合动力、纯电动动力等;多种车型:如大中型客车、载货车、特种车、超微型车。
经过多年的发展,公司已经初步形成了以汽车新型动力系统和氢能系统研发为核心的新能源汽车核心技术开发能力。截至2008年8月,已经圆满完成了科技部863电动汽车重大专项所属的燃料电池城市客车研发、HCNG混合动力汽车研发、北京氢能示范园建设等任务。由我公司开发的燃料电池城市客车作为公交801区间投入为期一年的公交示范运营。

It is a high-tech company focusing on R&D and industrialization of new energy and energy saving transport technologies. SinoHytec Co., Ltd is an enterprise of Energy-Saving and New Energy Vehicle Engineering Center of Tsinghua University.
SinoHytec has obtained many significant outputs of key technologies including design of electric vehicle, R&D of new energy power-train system, development of vehicle electric control system, etc. SinoHytec has a high quality team and provides a systemic and advanced platform for R&D and industrialization. Beijing Hydrogen Park for New Energy Transport and the first Hydrogen Refueling Station in China constructed by SinoHytec carry out the National High-Tech R&D Program(National 863 Program)— “The R&D and Demonstration Operation Project for Fuel Cell City Buses” and “Hydrogen Production by Renewable Energy and HCNG City Bus R&D Project”. The company is also responsible for the international collaboration of new energy vehicle and relevant technologies among China-U.S, China-Euro, and China-Canada.
SinoHytec has acquired the R&D ability of new energy focusing on the new motor system and hydrogen utilization over passed years. By 2005, SinoHytec has successfully completed the R&D of FCB, HCNG and the establishment of Beijing Hydrogen Park, which are the parts of national “863” Program of Electric Vehicles. In the meantime, the company also developed the micro electric car suitable for domestic situation. The three FCBs have been in service on city bus route “801” for one year. Highly praise and compliments come from many experts and groups in and abroad. Members from the Chinese Academy of Science and Chinese Academy of Engineering, Minister of Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, officers from Beijing Municipal Government, secretary of US Department of Energy, and the commissioner of EU Science and Technology have visited SinoHytec respectively.
