SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This is a Sales Engineer position concentrated on reducer, gearing and coupling products' sales in the certain region.
DUTIES OF POSITION:
1. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers;
2. Develop and increase the business according to Baldor strategy;
3. Complete the annual sales target assigned by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS degree in Engineering or Automation;
2. Very good understanding of mechanical power transmission products; Knowledge on reducer is preferred;
3. Minimum 3 years sales experience in reducer, gearing and coupling industry;
4. Good negotiation skills;
5. Good communication skills and training skills;
6. Good command of English both in spoken and written.
