Work Location: Beijing
Reporting to: Manager, Sales
Travel Requirement: Yes
JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Focus on reach sales target of non-alumina market of mining solution in China
2. Building more close customer relationship with current customers of non-alumina market and also need to develop new customers activity
3. Have a deep acknowledge of non-alumina market and find the potential business chances
4. Good knowledge and experience on chemical products using in mining and also has the ability to complete the lab test and industrial trial to non-alumina customers independently ;Cooperate with technical team, supply chain team and financial team well for smooth internal processing for the business
MAIN TASKS:
1. Monitor the current business relationship with the key customers all the time
2. Review and design the efficiency way to strengthen the business relationship with the key customers
3. Learn the technology of flocculants and extraction solvent products of BASF well and can improve the technical service to the key customers
4. Explore the new chemical products usage to key customers for creating the new value
5. Give the feedback and solution way for key customers' requests in time
6. Actively work with customers to make the accurate forecast
7. Actively work with the sales support, supply chain to make sure the products supply plan by the forecast and minimize supply surprises, control stock;
8. Actively work with F&A to properly manage financial risks
9. Actively collect the customers information and screening the value potential customers ( including equipment )
10. Actively work with the new customers closely and find their needs and requests on chemical products or equipment
11. Design the efficiency way to build the business relationship with these new potential customers
12. Actively cooperate with other team members of mining solution and give the necessary help and support if they need
13. Actively give the contribution on team solidarity; Actively communicate with manager for business development and team solidarity
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum bachelor on Mining processing or chemistry background; good at English speaking and writing; Using office software well
2. At least four years sales work experience on mining chemical products
3. Good knowledge and experience on mining processing
4. Good experience on mining chemical products lab test and industrial trial at the mine site. Good experience on building customers relationship and develop the new customers
5. Prefer good experience (sales or technology) on solvent extraction products using in mining refinery industry
