岗位职责：
1. 协助总经理确定公司总体发展战略，确定市场发展目标和具体实施计划，制定执行细则，确保目标的有效完成；
2. 把握公司在行业中的发展方向，完成公司在行业中的市场定位，及时提供市场反馈；
3. 制定公司品牌管理策略，维护和提升公司品牌，塑造企业形象；
4. 确定市场团队内部配置；明确工作职能，建立内部人员考核及评定标准；
5. 全面负责市场的开拓、渠道的拓展和管理；
6. 组织挖掘潜力客户群，客户关系的拓展和维护工作。




任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，建筑学、房地产、营销类专业；10年以上工作经历；
2. 有在建筑设计行业任职市场营销总监、区域或事业部营销总经理的经历；有外企工作经验者优先考虑；
3. 熟悉国内市场，丰富的建筑行业市场营销经验；
4. 具有市场开拓、客户关系拓展的能力，拥有相应的渠道和资源；
5. 英语熟练。
