1.主要职责公司网站产品和移动端产品原型设计；
2.负责需求分析，收集整理业务、用户需求，独立完成产品PRD文档和原型设计；
3.与技术人员沟通需求，讨论解决方案，完成产品功能测试，项目上线等实施过程；
4.对产品质量、业务流程、用户体验、可用性负责，不断更新完善产品；
5.负责撰写产品说明文档，产品培训文档，协助运营部门做产品的推广。

1.统招本科及以上学历,具有良好的沟通、理解能力和扎实的文字功底，较强的执行能力；
2.具有良好的团队精神、强烈的责任心和敬业精神，能够在高压下工作；
3.具备良好的逻辑思维能力、分析能力及项目管理能力；
4.了解用户体验要素，重视用户体验，能够准确理解业务需求，快速进行方案设计；
5.熟练使用Axure、Visio、Project等工具；
Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- With the core business needs, responsible for the product line planning and design, finishing and promoting the project process.
- Be responsible for overall product planning, planning the development direction of project, making product life cycle and finishing product iteration.
- Deal with PRD documentation and format independently depends on customer demand analysis.
- Lead the team within efficient collaboration, coordinate and organize products with UI, research and development, marketing collaboration between departments, and finally achieve the product target.
- Monitor, analyze the competition and industry trends.
- Analyze the key data and channel data, according to the data for product planning and channel to promot optimization after finishing the product on line.
- To formulate the monthly KPI audit list, improve the KPI audit standards and other related work.
Requirments:
- Proficiency in Axure and other software tools; Over two years IT industry experiences, 1 years of e-commerce experience.
- Familiar with iOS, Andorid, Phone Windows and other mobile client products.
- Be good at designing new products, pay attention to user experience, familiar with the process of development and management of Internet products, and have knowledges of the whole process of e-commerce.
- Have a certain knowledge of all kinds of websites (Sina, everyone, Sina Weibo, well-known e-commerce website).
- Be familiar with product features of all kinds of mobile.
- Have the ability to be responsible for the product line independently.
- With strong communication skills, team cooperation spirit, honest, friendly, optimistic, cheerful, ability to work under pressure, love mobile Internet industry and the Internet industry.
- Be learning PMP knowledge, improve knowledge reserves, improve project management skills.
- Familiar with the development of language and environment, familiar with server interaction, communication with the development staff smoothly.
