职位描述：
？ 跟踪、分析集团内部薪酬数据，分析市场薪酬数据，编制人力成本预算，制定公司薪酬调整方案及股权激励方案；
？ 监控执行薪资福利计划和预算，定期测算人工成本、人力费率，撰写人力资源数据统计分析报告，为公司经营决策提供信息支持；
？ 建立并完善公司福利体系，梳理优化薪酬福利管理流程、工具、方法制度等内容；
？ 协助人力资源总经理搭建全国人力资源C&B管理体系。
？ 六年以上人力资源管理经验，三年以上薪酬福利战略实战经验，熟悉服装消费品零售及相关领域；
？ 具备薪酬福利管理体系建设的能力，精通各种工具和方法；沟通能力强，有良好的人际交往能力；
