职位描述：
？ 管理审计部门日常工作有序开展，组织审计员业务工作；人
？ 根据集团战略,预测集团经营管理风险，负责制定公司内部审计工作的规划和年度审计工作计划，并组织实施；
？ 负责制定和修改内部审计工作规章制度，指导和协调审计工作的开展；
？ 负责主持审计项目的组织工作，按审计程序认真完成审计项目的全过程，参与审计调查，真实反映查实情况，负责起草审计报告、提出审计意见和建议，跟踪整改措施的实施，整理归档审计资料；
？ 正确执行审计、会计法规和各项财务会计制度，以身作则，坚持原则认真履行审计监督；
？ 做好与被审部门的沟通联络、协调工作，积极开展审计宣传教育工作，解决审计过程中出现的各种矛盾，确保审计工作的顺利进行；
？ 上级主管交办的其他工作。
