Key responsibilities:
? Providing end user support for our internal users, resolving various network and user issues.
? Supporting Microsoft Windows network environment.
? Installation, Maintenance, Configuration of Linux and Windows Vm’s
? Support Integrations with Development teams Client / Server / Network protocols
? Need to be user-focused and organized with a proactive attitude
? Independent and Self Motivated

Qualifications:
? Prior experience at a global high-tech (Software) company
? 3 + years of experience in level II/III users support (software organizations)
? Windows 7, 8 support and troubleshooting
? Good PC / Laptops Hardware troubleshooting Skills
? Microsoft Office 2010/2013 Troubleshooting & Support
? Microsoft DNS & DHCP server administration
? Good networking knowledge - concepts and how it works (not vendor specific)
? Basic Network Backup skills (BackupExec, etc.)
? Basic storage knowledge (How it works in general & keywords)
? Good knowledge of working with Images (acronis, ghost)
? Service oriented, self-learning and independent abilities.
? Very good knowledge of Linux systems (RedHat & Ubuntu).
? Vast experience with VMware 5 (or later) ESX/ESXi servers
? Good knowledge in TCP/IP Networking and Security
? Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, Python, Shell, Ant)
? Familiarity with development and debugging platforms

? MCSE (MCITP) Certified
? Oracle or MSSQL Database Experience.
