岗位职责：

? 独立完成（屋顶）光伏系统初步设计，（单线和三线）电气绘图，技术施工方案，及物料清单等
? 做与光伏配件供应商之间的协调工作，并保证相关技术（如光伏组件，支架，转换器及其它技术配件）的与时俱进，平衡满足公司重点供应商的对屋顶光伏系统的相关设计要求
? 光伏项目前期可行性研究报告的编制，技术资料的收集，及方案初步设计
? 负责和参与本单位工程的施工，设计院和调试单位的联系工作
? 做好招投标有关文件的编制、研究与管理

任职资格：

? 本科及以上学历，电气工程，电力系统应用等相关专业
? 有光伏发电系统工程实际工作经验，具备太阳能光伏发电系统开发经验
? 熟悉太阳能光伏离/并网应用系统的结构、性能、原理，理论基础扎实
? 熟悉太阳能电池板、控制器、逆变器和蓄电池的相关性能及应用
? 大学英语六级以上，流利的英语沟通能力
? 能使用业内标准GIS软件、AUTOCAD、Draftsight、MS OFFICE等工作软件，能绘制光伏系统图纸、编制方案、施工文件
? 工程类硕士研究生优先
? 有海外相关工作者优先
? 优秀的沟通、协调和执行能力，能吃苦耐劳，踏实认真，具有良好的团队合作精神
? 有动力，抱负，主动能力
? 合适在快速发展公司和高节奏工作环境中成功

We hope to bring in a bilingual System Design Engineer to work with the sales team through the design of solar systems as well as the associated collateral required to sell and implement these projects. The position is based out of our Beijing headquarters, the successful candidate will be expected to:

? Design rooftop solar systems and the associated collateral. This includes preliminary solar design using industry standard GIS software packages, single and three line electrical drawings, mechanical layouts, bills of materials, etc.
? Coordinate with solar module, racking, inverter and other suppliers to stay up to date on the technical attributes of UGE supplier product offerings and to leverage the design abilities of UGE's preferred suppliers to assist in the design of rooftop solar systems
? From time to time the System Design Engineer may be asked to perform research tasks, create internal process documents, or similar technical documentation
? Prepare technical documents for the tender bidding process
? Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries throughout the project development process

In order to fulfill these important tasks, we seek ambitious individuals who have:

? Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or power systems applications
? Fluent in English and Mandarin, strong understanding of both US and Chinese professional cultures highly preferred
? Proficient with GIS, AUTOCAD, Draftsight and MS Office software
? Able to draw photovoltaic system drawings and construction documents
? Practical work experience in photovoltaic systems engineering
? Familiar with solar system components – panels, inverters, racking, batteries, etc.
? Willingness to travel, primarily within China
? Driven, ambitious and willing to take initiative
? Suited to thrive in a fast-growing, fast-paced work environment
