Job description: ：
1、Responsible for daily management work and department staff management, guidance, training and assessment;
2、Service department daily report model, the specific data review, analysis and evaluation report;；
3、Lead the team to do the customer service work, to ensure the provision of quality services, to maintain good customer relationship;
4、Responsible for site management and report abnormal data analysis;
5、Formulate implementation and follow-up effect tracking report overall customer service department of project implementation;
6、Training new employees, reasonable plan, specified;
7、Responsible for the team building and management, provide training and guidance to the project team.

Qualification：
1、 Bachelor degree or above.；
2、 5 years experience in medical,more than 3 years experience in the same position;Having related certificate are preferred.
3、 Proficient in using Micro office software.
4、 Have strong writing ,communication and express ability.
5、 Have good commandership,planing,organization,implementation ability,strong communication ability with supervisor and subordinate.,

岗位职责：
1、 负责部门日常管理工作及部门员工管理、指导、培训和评估；
2、 服务部门日常报表模型制定，具体数据审查，分析等评估报告工作；
3、 带领团队做好客服服务工作，确保提供优质的服务，维护好客户之间关系；
4、 负责部门现场管理和报表异常数据分析工作；
5、 制定客服部项目整体实施执行和后续效果跟踪报告工作；
6、 培训新、在职员工，合理指定相关计划；
7、 负责团队建设和管理，为项目团队提供培训和指导。

任职资格：
1、 本科或以上学历；
2、 5年以上医疗从业经验，3年以上同等岗位工作经历 ；具备相关行业证书最佳
3、 熟练操作Micro Office等办公软件；
4、 具有较强的读写能力、沟通能力和表达能力；
5、 有较好的领导、计划、组织、实施能力，有极强的上下级沟通能力
6、 熟练掌握行业知识，具备良好的英语沟通能力者优先考虑；
