Operating Expenses
a. Checking original invoice of Expenses Claim Voucher according Chinese Accounting policy and compang regulations.
b.Key in every payment voucher into ERP System.
c.Checking expenses according company Chart of account.
d.Making expenses analysis report form accoring cost centres.
e.Training sales how to stick and seperate the expenses original tax invoice.
2. Fixed Assets:
a. Checking and Key in fixed asssets voucher
b. Accure FA depreciation every month
c. Maintain FA No. and current condition.
3.Operating payment voucher on CCB website and maintain Customers receipt information in time.
5. Checking Account Balance
6. Manage accounting vouchers and staple account vouchers as accounting record every month

Job Requirements:
1. At least two years of working experience in accountant position, the general accountant position is priority.
2. Good working knowledge of expenses control and analysis
3. Familiar with use of ERP and very good use of Microsoft Excel
4. Strong rigor
5. 6 months asignment
6. A bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects.
