Job description

Requirements :

5-7 years proven solution/consultative sales experience. Selling directly to customers and owning customer relationship.

Relevant sales experience in email, marketing automation, business, or CRM software-Basic knowledge preferred

Previous experience selling Software as a Service (SAAS)-Basic knowledge preferred technologies in a related industry.

Domain experience within Marketing or Customer experience field : such as : Marketing / demand generation, Digital Marketing, CRM, Customer Acquisition, Digital analytics, or online customer ex-perience

Experience in a particular industry, such as : retail and or commerce sectors

Extremely reliable and possesses a natural, self-driven work ethic

Charismatic and strong ability to read people and quickly adjust communication style and approach

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or statistics/analytics

Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers

Basic requirements :

Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Process and task oriented; very organized and diligent in territory/deal management

Professional appearance

Energetic and ability to work in fast-paced environment

Team player, trustworthy, consultative, strong judgment, strong negotiation

Experience in Solution Sales : Mastered

Experience in cold calling : Mastered

Comfortable giving Product demonstration and credibly discuss high level technical topics such as data integration, XML APIs, etc. and be productive without the assistance of a Sales Engineer or Product Specialist : Solid

Sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota : Mastered

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years experience in solution/consultative sales experience
