Purpose of Job

-Develops moderately complex software, creates and executes designs for small sets of new functionality (50% efforts).

-Provides quality support to customers for owned software products (50% efforts).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

-Develops moderately complex software in C++, C#, Java language

-Provides quality support to customers for software products

-Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques

-Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems

Required Skills:

Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years experience as a Software Developer

- Master or bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Core Competency Requirements

-Proficient with code development using Python/Java/C++ (at least one)

-Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization

-Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment

-Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English languages

-Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

Preferred Competency Requirements

-Experience with hands-on skills and programming on VMware, Microsoft and OpenStack platforms

-Experience with virtualization, SAN, NAS technologies

-Experience with level three customer support
