Job Responsibilities:
1. Project: Support planning manager in decide the optimum assortment for our clients. Analyze sales and stock on a weekly basis to flag up opportunities in sales and risks in stock. Come up with trade marketing suggestion to drive sales. Manage open to buy and stock turn to minimize stock risks. Replenish 2-3 times a week.
2. Normal replenishment: At least once a week for normal customers, and boutiques
3. Delivery schedule follow up: Work closely with regional logistic team to understand where we are and how we going to serve our customers in terms of stock availability.
4. Order management: Work closely with regional logistic team and order-entry team to make sure the authenticity and accuracy.
5. Special projects with customers: consignment, HPP promotion, trunk show, etc. Propose skus and stock, track stock delivery and sales performance, and analyze return of investment.
6. Analysis: Conduct all kinds of different analysis by brand, channel, customer, etc to better understand the business.
7. Samples Management: Ensure that samples bags/ showroom are always equipped with the full updated Core Collection sample items only (no other items). Ensure that all the updating of sample bags and showrooms happen timely when the Core Collection is updated 3 times a year, and that the guidelines are respected by the Sales Force.

Requirements:
1. Min 2+ years working experience in planning and replenishment related function
2. Experience in retail is preferred
3. Experience in garments, watch, or eyewear is preferred.
4. College degree or above
5. Good analytical logic and skills
6. Excel skills and attention-to-detail
7. Multi-task management
8. Proactive and problem-solving
