职位描述

Job Overview:
To support the delivery of a professional and responsive service to internal and external clients



Job Responsibilities:
1 Prioritise, plan and complete client service delivery tasks in line with global and local business requirements. Includes liaising with clients, dealing with complex queries and proactively resolving service issues within agreed deadlines/targets
2 To plan visits/activities in line with client and business needs, through effective and efficient allocation of available field force resources. Includes dealing with business queries and resolving resource/planning problems within agreed deadlines, whilst ensuring compliance with external accreditation requirements
3 Communicate details of planned visits/activities to Assessors, ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are understood
4 Build relationships with internal and external clients to help build and maintain the business, and improve LRQA’s competitive position
5 Identify and refer potential client complaints and opportunities for new business by providing potential solutions and striving for continuous improvement

6 Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of client data in LRQA business systems

7 Liaise with and provide support to other team members, departments and offices, as may be required

8 Develop a good knowledge and understanding of LRQA products, services, systems and processes on an on-going basis

9 Identify and suggest improvements to service delivery processes and procedures

10 Mentor other team members and new staff to transfer knowledge of LRQA’s products and processes

11 Actively contribute to team meetings and client service initiatives

12 Upload approvals and related data to external databases, as directed by the appropriate manager

13 Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health.
14 Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager.





Job Requirements:
1 Experience of working in a business to business client service environment, preferably dealing with business clients

2 Good verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language, as applicable), with a good understanding of business language. Cantonese Preferred.

3 Polite and approachable manner

4 Using own initiative able to prioritise and work on multiple tasks and complex issues whilst adhering to tight deadlines

5 High degree of accuracy

6 Able to work as part of a team to contribute to achieving departmental/business objectives

7 Computer literate in MS Office

8. Good Cantonese speaking (very fluent English as well)
