1. support plants in the region during launch and change process of global projectss
- quality planning
- SQE / SQA supplier
2. assure professional support bei problems during mass production and trouble shooting
- Support in trouble shooting activities for critical quality problems
- Ensure systematic containment, root cause and corrective actions
- Coordinate and support customer escalations
3. Lessons learned / know how transfer
- Support plants in best practice for key processes
- Assure regional lessons learned processes and set up standards
- Coordinate global BU specific issues (TecSac, eg.)
- Specialist in Methodes six Sigma etc with performance to enable plants
4. Develop QM Organization
- Support in development of Q-Department / QM system
- Support in collaboration with plant and cross functions
5. Audits / Process audits VDA 6.3
- Establish process auditor pool
- Coordinate annual process audit schedule
- Support in defining and implementing actions

1. Interface in the region according internal and external quality aspects for the BU
2. Adapt requirements uf BU to the regional spezifics
3. Recognize regional demands and assure the input into BU

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements
2-5 Years in automotive business
Education: Mechanical Engineering
Fluent English
German: Good knowledge is desired
Good skills (SAP / MS Office / eg.)
-Knowledge of Automotive Quality Core tools (PPAP / APQP / 8-D )
- 6- Sigma (green Belt)
- Q- Manager / Process Audit VDA 6.3
