岗位职责：
1) Report to CEO
2) Define and prioritise with Management the software applications and tools needed across the company to align with the business and production needs of a large video-games development company
3) Applications include production workflow management, HR and project management, ERP, CRM, databases, local and global reporting
4) Supervise more than 10 internal and external programmers to develop and enhance information systems, pipelines and tools
5) Build a development and deployment plan with a yearly roadmap and propose associated budget
6) Manage communication with vendors for tools development and deployment
7) Manage continuous operation of the applications and coordinate with IT Department for efficient use of system resources
8) Evangelize the applications to managers across the organization
9) Contribute to the business by making recommendations that will impact company’s top and bottom line
任职资格：
1.5-10 years relevant software development leadership experience, with two years as head of IT / IS or software development function in a growing company preferred
2.Experience managing applications architecture, development, security and deployment, including ERP solutions
3.Experience in services, media or video-games company a plus. Excellent critical thinking, project management and communication skills
4.Fluent reading and writing skills in English (Daily communication with an international team)
5.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
