Reception & Admin Specialist
Job Responsibilities
1.Undertake general reception tasks, visitors receive
2.Manage incoming mail and telephone calls;
3.Assist in performing general administrative duties, such as report typing, faxing, filing, admin vendor contact window and other general clerical duties
4.Assist in procurement of office supplies including stationery and pantry items, etc..
5.Make schedule and travel arrangements(including visa, tickets, pick up service, hotel accommodation etc.)
6. Handle all the payment (express, hotel, flight tickets fee , etc.)
7.Other duties assigned by the management team
Job Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English Skills; CET6 or above
2. Detail oriented person, conscientious, good manner and presentable
3. Proficient in Office Software, including Word, Excel , Outlook etc.

前台兼行政专员
工作职责
1. 接待接洽工作。公司来访人员接待.
2. 总机电话接听、转接、留言、记录工作
3. 行政职务：如收发传真，打字，文件归档，报告，管理联系供应商以及其它文书工作
4. 采购办公文具，食品等日常必需品。
5. 公司员工差旅安排（包括签证、机票、接机服务、酒店住宿等）。
6. 行政部各类费用的结算（ 快递费用，酒店费用，机票费用等）
7. 其他由管理层分配的任务.

任职要求：
1. 英语6级以上优先考虑
2. 做事认真注重细节，有责任心；形象良好，举止大方得体
3. 熟练运用Word, Excel , Outlook
