Objective of Position:
Investigate and implement new techniques/technologies to improve tooling, machinery and processes. Responsible for managing all aspects of diverse and moderately complex change initiative projects for productivity, quality and safety improvement including project planning, execution, timing, cost and quality to ensure that project goals are met.

Main Tasks:
1. Collect and analyze data from existing systems to develop prioritized corrective actions, plans.

Reduce the cycle time.

Simplify and optimize the process of reactors & vessels cleaning, and packing.

Reduce the manufacture cost such as electricity, nitrogen and OT jobs

Improve the production capacity and productivity.

File all the improvement plans, corrective actions, process and result.

2. To support other operation functions (production, maintenance, planning and quality control etc.) to identify problems and to be a key element in the trouble shooting activities related to the process and non-routine problems.

Manage to reduce the non-conformance and off-spec., supervise and speedup the rework job

Support production team to investigate and finish the 8D report by implementing new or optimized tools and methods.

Manage the MOC related to process, equipment

3. Actively involved in the development of new products as a sitting member of cross functional teams.

Be responsible for collecting all the information for the new product manufacturing such as the packing, labelling, timing.

Develop the SOP for the new product manufacturing by cooperating with other colleagues, and conduct the training for the related colleagues.

4. Work out and improve the SOP and ensure that the documents are updated in a regular basis. Conduct the sufficient trainings for the related colleagues

5. Propose and participate in related project investment. Supervise the project input, follow the real benefit after finishing the project and finalize the document report

Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor degree above from university, major in Majored in chemical process/chemical engineering;

2. 5+ years processing experience in the chemistry plant;

3. Excellent coordinator; Strong computer processing knowledge; Project management skill; Experience in managerial role preferred

4. Oral and written English is preferred.
