职位描述
Main responsibility:
1. Grow Norgren Express sales by converting leads generated from marketing campaigns, re-activating lapsed customers and improving data quality for marketing actions
2. Rapid, professional customer contact of customers who have responded positively to marketing actions by asking for information or support.
3. Systematic calling of lapsed customers to update records – contact names, address and phone number, email details
4. Take ownership of customer data quality for Norgren Express in the market ensuring that data held in CRM systems is up to date, accurate and fit for purpose
5. Provide coaching to sales and service team as required to build their competence in questioning techniques
6. Close liaison with marketing functions to maximize effectiveness of lead generation and lead follow up
7. Close liaison with Norgren Express Sales Manager to ensure high value leads are appropriately followed up via field sales and any issues of channel conflict are effectively resolved.
Requirements:
1. University Degree
2. At least above 2 years working experience, preferred in Engineering
3. Self-confidence, excellent communication, team spirit
4. Great professionalism; business sensibility; proactive
5. Good learning & analysis ability
6. Strong driver & make things happen
