JD：
1. New HARTS Setup:
1) Prepare related HWs for each project: Request PCs, boards, cables etc. from the sponsor
2) Install needed SW on the slave PC, mainly 4 kinds of HARTS:
a. Live network HARTS with modem boards
b. CMW500 HARTS with modem boards
c. Anritsu 8475 HARTS with modem boards
d. Live network HARTS with Android full system boards

3) Connect the HWs, configure the test cases, run TCs on new HARTS and debug the issues to make sure the setup is ready
2. HARTS Maintenance:
1) Daily Check the HARTS slaves status and fix the issues
a. Reference phone work fine.
b. DUT work fine
c. STB /STT work fine
d. HARTS upload folders work fine:
2) Send out daily report before EoB

3) Debug the failed test cases that may be related to the HARTS setup.
4) Configure the test suites and capabilities according to the requirement.
5) HARTS related SW/HW upgrade.
