The Social Media Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy, with an emphasis on development and deployment across all social media touch points. This position is responsible for evaluation, planning, organizing, managing and contributing to all social media channels in an effort to achieve corporate objectives while ensuring a consistent message and strengthening the brand position in the market.

Responsibilities:


Analyze and evaluate both existing and potential social media activities and strategies
Conduct, gather and analyze market research to determine social media opportunities and competitiveness
Identify, manage, coordinate and execute all social media programs and initiatives
Work closely with Lincoln China marketing team to ensure tight integration of all social media program and initiatives
Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effectiveness of social media programs and implement improvements as required
Develop benchmark criteria/metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media programs and implement improvements as required
Participant and initiate online conversations across a variety of channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide support to their initiatives
Use social listening tools to monitor the social media performance

Qualifications:

· 5 to 8 years of working experience, with at least 2 years focus on social media
· Strong knowledge of digital landscape on a broad scale as well as locally
· Experience in managing multiple agency partners preferred;
· Self-motivated and highly creative individual also demonstrates flexibility and initiative.
· Excellent communication skills - includes influencing and negotiation skills and is comfortable giving presentations to senior leadership team;
· Strong planning and organizational skills - demonstrated ability to independently lead moderate to complex projects;
· Excellent spoken and written English mandatory
