Position purpose

Primarily responsible for the development, implementation, update, enhancement, and tracking of cross-functional Lincoln consumer experience projects and processes which will enable a true luxury Lincoln customer experience.


Job Description & Qualifications

The Lincoln Customer Experience Supervisor will report to the Lincoln Customer Experience Manager. This role is within the Lincoln Sales and Operations functional area. The Lincoln Customer Experience Supervisor is primarily responsible for the development, implementation, update, enhancement, and tracking of cross-functional Lincoln consumer experience projects and processes which will enable a true luxury Lincoln customer experience.


Position responsibilities

1. Work with cross-functional team in the development and coordination of projects and processes related to the Dealership operations/consumer experience.
2. Develop, execute, and manage compliance based margin programs for the Lincoln Dealers including the qualification tracking, appeals, and payment execution.
3. Support and manage the development and execution of the “Lincoln Touch” at retail
4. Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets to make sure the Lincoln customer experience is executed on time and on budget.
5. Develop and revise consumer experience elements to continually improve the customer experience based on the Lincoln Dealer behavior model.
6. Collect benchmark information from competitors, other industries, and Dealers to support the documentation, development, and execution of future customer experience strategy & actions.
7. Assist in implementing customer experience initiatives at our Dealerships through; creating required communications and training to ensure Dealer staff are aware of and prepared to utilize Dealership technology tools to execute the Lincoln experience, speaking with Dealership staff and/or visiting Dealers to implement the sales technology tools, create tracking mechanisms to evaluate Dealer’s performance and provide improvement suggestion.
8. Collect and document information/requirements related to customer experience requirements from vendors, sales, service, customer relationship center, and marketing.
9. Communicate with management, field team members, and Dealers as necessary in support of full understanding and problem solving on Lincoln projects and processes.
10. Support the evolution, implementation, maintenance, and change requests on existing Lincoln projects and processes.
