xCAT (Extreme Cloud Administration Toolkit) is a Open Source Cluster Management project in IBM HPC stack. IBM HPC provides innovative and powerful solutions and shows its leadership in the world with great share in top500 Super-computing list. xCAT is widely used in high performance computer management , such as Watson, BlueGene, and Roadrunner.

As a global Team in China, we will work on xCAT development and own xCAT mission in a long term. Now, We are seeking smart guys to join us. - Strong experience on Perl and shell programming languages
- System administrative knowledge (Linux, AIX or Solaris)
- Rich test design and auto-test skill
- C/C++ language project experience is strongly plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Good team work and high responsibility.
- Bachelor or Master degree on Computer Science
