Sourcing Assistant Manager/采购助理经理（制衣设备采购）

岗位职责：

1. 负责纺织服装设备全球采购工作，主要采购产品有生产设备、仓库设备及部分机器及配件等；
2. 管理国内外供应商，带领设备采购团队，开发并制定采购策略，挑选、管理和发展供应商，合理分配采购资源以取得各项KPI指标；
3. 识别成本节省机会，发展合格新供应商，着力于采购工作的持续改进和整合，健全采购方法和途径；
4. 持续改善供应商表现，同战略采购供应商维护良好合作关系；
5. 对采购品类的所在市场进行及时的微观和宏观经济分析，对采购预算进行管理；
6. 对采购品类进行管理，管理库存，优化各工厂的配送路线，减少差错率及产品质量问题，确保及时配送和成本效益最优化；
7. 紧急情况和突发状况的沟通与处理。

任职资格：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，管理类、物流类相关专业；
2. 纺织设备行业3年以上相关采购行业管理工作经验；
3. 熟悉招标和采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准；
4. 具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协作能力强；
5. 有纺织机械备品、备件采购渠道优先；
6. 英语听说读写熟练。
