1、Job targets/Area of responsibility 工作职责

1）按时保质地完成所分派的工作任务；
2)）对自己负责培训的员工分派生产任务；严格按工作指引进行培训；
3）要求和监督被培训者严格按照工作指引进行焊接，装配、检测和包装生产工作；
4）对自己和被培训员工使用的仪器、设备、工具和材料进行管理；
5）如果工作适用，确保按要求在Babtec和 Tracing系统及防错包装系统中记录相关的测试、包装、维修记录，并保证记录数据的完整准确；
6）严格执行相关的控制规程，如焊接操作规程、压力气体安全检查规程、气瓶安全检查规程和有关焊接车间的安全管理规范等规定
7）接受并配合完成分派的相关样品或者样机的装配、测试或者外购成品的来料检测工作；
8）反馈改善意见和建议给上级或者相关责任人；发现问题及时反映，并与分配自己工作的责任人或者相关者沟通；
9）自己工作区域内6S的实施；
10）生产经理及管理层分配的其他任务。

2 、Qualifications任职要求：

1）技校或高中学历；
2）三至五年从事制冷系统电焊工艺的经验；
3）必须持有电焊工操作证；
4）能看懂基本的机械零件图和装配图
5）熟练使用各种焊接工具和钳工工具
6）有较强的质量控制和安全意识
7）熟悉常见制冷剂性能及制冷系统集成的工艺要点者优先
8）为人诚实、勤奋；；
9）良好的团队精神；
10）乐于分享技术和经验。
