SMCP集团旗下三大品牌,Maje,Sandro,Claudie Pierlot老佛爷百货、芳草地店铺已开业，并于2014年7月进驻北京市朝阳区三里屯。期待潮流时尚，有志于高端服装行业的人才加入！Maje, 创立于1995年，品牌创始人Judith Milgrom因出生于充满异国情调的北非摩洛哥滨海小镇，成长于人文荟萃的花都巴黎，受其身世影响，在浪漫主义与中东风情的双重文化冲击下，创作出的女装总是带着神秘浪漫、精致脱俗的波西米亚风格，相当能展现出女性多样化且充满独立自信的美感。Sandro, 由Evelyne Chetrite及其企业家丈夫Didier Chetrite于1984年共同创立，以典雅别致的法式时尚服饰设计见称，以中高价为定位横扫整个欧洲，旋即掀起了追捧 'Accessible Luxury' 热潮。在短短数年间，SANDRO急速发展，成功在欧洲各地设立超过280间专门店，成为10年来成长最快的设计师品牌之一。Claudie Pierlot, 创立于1983年,随性浪漫的法国品牌，浓郁的巴黎风情，有鲜明特色的经典风尚，是最受欢迎的法国品牌之一。职位描述：日常营运：1.通过指导和训练建立有能力而强大的团队， 建立团队精神及团队内部沟通2.负责每日店铺营运以确保每日完成销售指标3.组织店铺晨会， 保持店铺高度整洁4.控制发票和满足预算目标， 管理销售收入和备用现金5.向办公室及零售经理汇报费用， 销售报告及分析6.维护店铺陈列以确保商品的展示和品牌的形像7.日常库存管理员工管理：1.根据公司政策管理员工的表现2.时常提供上岗培训和指导来发展和提高销售人员的能力销售指标：1.管理， 指导和鼓舞员工完成销售目标2.为销售人员提供现场支持以便完成销售目标客户服务和发展：1.处理员工投诉2.发展和维护VIP客户3.跟踪和维护公司客户信息数据4.管理，指导和激发员工提供卓越的客户服务以确保客户满意职位要求：1.3年以上店铺经理经验2.熟悉女装时尚及奢侈品行业， 了解品牌及时尚趋势的发展3.具有良好的沟通技巧及人际关系4.注重客户服务和结果5.积极主动，注重形象及细节6.具有一定的英语读写能力
