Mission

- To support sales with technical competence in Package machinery. Support with total line solution in F&B branches.

What are my responsibilities?

- Drive FA OEM business in F&B branch via so called pull effect of end user side project business success. Mainly focus on total solution for the end user production line. Translate end user requirement into OEM configuration of Siemens portfolio . Support OEM to implement total line solution. push end user oriented standardization based on siemens portfolio.\

- PA2 sales team and regional OEM sales focus on F&B machinery / External Contacts: F&B branch end Customer and OEM customer.

- Support F&B Vertical Sales and VSS PA in F&B end user for project success with whole line solution.

- Translate end user requirement into OEM specification and configuration of Siemens portfolio.

- Approaching and supporting OEMs customer along with regional sales team.

- Pushing end users application standardization and support related OEMs in implementation.

- Build up F&B specific know how with focused on end user’s processes and needs

- Promote PWA / OPL (Plant Wide Automation / Optimized Packaging Line) standards in F&B branch , develop necessary Software libraries and function block for related customer production lines

- Cross BU pushing for converter, motor, and Gear motor, etc

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Technologies:

- Simatic HW and SW portfolio configuration versus customer process demand

- Step , WinCC, Simatic Net configuration and commissioning

- Special PG tool , e.g. SCL, CFC competence

- IT security based on Simatic / Net

Methodologies:

- analyze end user demand In F&B branch for machinery

- translate end user demand into OEM configuration and implementation

- understand related branch standard e.g. OPL, OMAC. Implement them on Simatic

- pushing international standard in whole branch

Professional Knowledge:

- Knowledge in automation status in the F&B PMA application

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Good capacity of English communication

- 3-5 Years working in identified branch and over 3 years working in automation field.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation or a related subject

- Project and department manager experience to gain the branch know-how, sales manager experience to build the branch resource and know the branch business models and process.
