What are my responsibilities?

1. Work out clear 4P strategy of Siemens micro TIA PLC from perspectives of product, price, placement, and promotion;

2. Analyze potential branches and applications with micro TIA PLC and push breakthrough in target customers;

3. Enhance market transparency of Siemens micro TIA PLC and analyze market development trend;

4. Plan and implement marketing & promotion activites to enhance micro TIA PLC awareness in mass market;

5. Support new regional promoter setup by knowledge transfer, business review meeting and other workshops;

6. Make winner guides of micro TIA PLC to figure out marketing strategy to beat competitors;

7. Collect customers' requirement and feedback and drive R&D continuously to optimize product;

8. Cross-BU cooperation to jointly deliver TIA solution consisting of HMI, PLC, Inverter and Servo system.

What do i need to qualify for this job?

1. At least 2 years marketing or sales experience in micro automation, bachelor degree or above,

2. Good English ability in speaking, listening, writing and reading;

3. Familiar with Siemens micro PLC portfolio, engineering experience with S7-1200/S7-1500/TIA Portal is preferred;

4. Capable of working under high pressure;

5. Good at logic thinking, analyzing and communicating;
