Mission:
- Provide risk management supports to meet company’s business targets
- Perform risk management functions to ensure transactions in line with the company's risk strategy
Contacts:
- Report to Team Leader of Risk Transaction Management Organization
- Work cross-functionally with Sales / Sales Admin, and other supports functions in daily works

What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
Task:
- To conduct credit rating analysis and make the credit rating recommendation
- To prepare credit proposals for reaching a final lending decision; and workout analysis reports on overdue transactions
- To conduct in-depth credit research and proposal to address the related risk issues
- To assist in establishing risk management policy and guidelines
- To participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge on finance and accounting knowledge
- Advanced knowledge on risk analysis skills
- Proficient in English writing skills to express his/her opinions and recommendations without barrier
Experience:
- at least 5-years of hands-on credit analysis experience (in SME industrial customers) in financial institutions, preferably leasing company
- Experience in research / consultations in the area of finance industry
- Previous work experience in an international corporate environment preferred
- Independence in making sound credit judgment under minimum supervision
- Experience in managing people; or acted as individual contributor as an expert person in credit analysis of large and complicated credit transactions
Education:
- Bachelor or above, majored in finance or economics is preferred
