Accountabilities
-Manage, track, and record marketing budget and expenses
-Manage Beijing public relations activities, such as press releases, transaction announcements, and internal announcements, and drive the Firm’s media programs through the Beijing broadcast, Internet, and print media
-Responsible for tracking public relations activity and generating monthly report to regional PR team
-Manage projects that involve Creative Services (the Firm’s internal production), including event materials and other marketing materials
-Manage client events by selecting venues, coordinating e-mailings/mailings, event collateral, logistics, and working closely with business to ensure event goals and objectives are achieved – measuring success of event through attendee surveys, etc
-Manage outside suppliers, including writers, design firms, printers, mailing houses and production companies, when needed
-Traffic projects to ensure that deadlines are met and materials are delivered; assist with proofreading and internal approval processes when required
-Work with senior business line heads to develop specific and relevant marketing activities to help promote their businesses
-Work with our Research teams to produce thought-leading publications relevant to Beijing business and real estate market
-Responsible for keeping Beijing office informed of all marketing and communications progress through presentation updates at internal meetings, internal promotion tools, and internal communications
-Work with Beijing Country Head to improve media profile, and assist with leadership roadshow events, quarterly Country Head communications and other projects as needed
-Ensure that all marketing materials present the Jones Lang LaSalle brand consistently and follow corporate graphic standards
-Monitor and manage Beijing Delphi (intranet site)
-Update and monitor Beijing Website
-Assist with other marketing communications projects as needed
Required Qualifications and Experience
-A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
-Excellent organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Team player with ability to work independently
-Highly motivated for a career in marketing
-Excellent in multi-tasking
-Committed to excellence
-Highly-skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
-Minimum of five to seven years of related experience?
