Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement marketing plan through strategic partnerships with advertising networks, distributors, platforms and telecommunications operators;
- Devise, measure, and monitor criteria for successful campaigns, new media, new promotion channel with a focus on ROI and testing plan;
- Create, target, and segment marketing plans and communications for China and International Markets;
- Develop and execute promotions for a company’s business, products, and/or services;
- Coordinate all strategic activities with online and offline marketers, customer service agents, IT, and other departments as necessary;
- Possess strong marketing skills to review content, assess goals, and develop a user-centric information architecture to support CIT’s goals
- Planning, organizing major events such as trade shows, conferences and off-line PR events

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management , E-Commerce or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years of related working experience
- Great understanding of technological opportunities such as social media, location based services and other emerging technology is also essential;
- Strong knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem and infrastructure;
- Excellent communication and contacts with mobile ad networks, and 3rd party of game developers
- Excellent English & Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the “Manager” role
