岗位职责：
1、指导网站内容的建设与维护，维护网站整体定位；
2、网络推广执行，策划各类推广措施，提高网站有效访问量；
3、行业竞推及客户需求的调查，撰写市场分析与评述；
4、网络渠道管理：网站对外品牌形象的策划与管理，广告事务的工作指导与管理；
5、统计、分析各类竞争网站运营数据，提出改进方案；
6、带领部门团队制定切实可行网络推广计划，达成公司有效绩效考核任务。

岗位要求：
1、3年以上网络推广经验，精通SEO/SEM及各种网络推广手段，
2、熟悉互联网媒体公关与合作；
3、思维活跃，责任心强，学习能力强，有良好的执行力及沟通能力；
4、有一定领导力和执行力，具有团队合作精神；
5、熟练使用办公软件，精通各种互联网分析与推广软件。
