职位描述
This role is primarily responsible for providing focus to the end to end processes, driving improvement in practices and performance. Key Accountabilities to achieving this are as follows:
Customer
- Clearly capture customer value drivers and service level expectations and incorporate into deliverable plans as appropriate.
Business Processes
- Understand the solution and how it impacts the assigned business function (s) and their processes assigned business function(s)
- Measure compliance to business processes and systems.
People
- Work with business to drive correct behaviours to support the improvement of business processes.
- Enthusiastically sell the benefits of improving maturity and celebrate success to create a highly engaged environment where everyone understands the benefits of the initiative and fits with Fonterra’s vision
- Work with the Management of the teams to manage all aspects of change.
Communication
- Identify stakeholders and provide concise and regular updates
- Ensure efforts are not replicated or inadvertently undermined by another initiative
Management Operating Systems
- Attend working group meetings
- Work to build an effective meeting structure, reporting and metrics framework, clear RASCI and any other elements of the management system as required
- Working with Functions to ensure concern, cause, countermeasure are captured and actions delegated within the function (i.e. link to Function MOS)
- Test for linkage and consistency against business plan of function
- Provide Continuous Improvement coaching support within the function
- Build capability within the Supply Chain Operations to identify and capture issues, conduct root cause analysis, development and embed solutions – leverage visual management and Continuous Improvement practices
- Support enhancements to the management system
KPI Deployment
- Support the presentation and review of KPI’s at the Working Groups
- Test for linkage and consistency of KPI’s used by each function
Project Support
Help to create and maintain plans for go-live readiness, business adoption and maturity deployment
- Facilitate the integration of existing plans from Project managers as well as relevant business initiatives, into a single plan at an appropriate level of detail for management through the working groups
- Facilitate regular monitoring of the plan status
