Job description
Job Title: HR Manager
Report to: General Manager
The Human Resources manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
The Human Resources manager coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; and assists and advises GM about Human Resources issues.
Responsibilities:
? Yearly HR planning and implementation including resources plan, training plan, others plan in related to actual business needs.
? Continuously plans, updates and improves for human resource management policies, procedures, process, system based on change of reality.
? Work closely with management team members as a strategic business partner to ensure HR strategies are aligned to support the growth and profitability of the business including HR program regarding attracting, developing and retaining people.
? Understand business, market and people, provides analysis and advice to management for changes including culture, working environment, employee relations teambuilding, leadership development, compensation and benefits.ect.
? Be responsible for employee career development and management.
? Accurate and timely calculation and payment for employee salary, allowance and bonus, etc.
? Based on the performance appraisal result to conduct salary adjustment, bonus distribution etc.
? Monitor employee morale; take timely action together with the management team to improve employee engagement.
? Maintain a harmonious labor relationship within the company to ensure company sustainable development.
Requirements:
? Above 8 years experience in human resources management.
? HR professional with skills and generalist experience in employee relationship, company culture, recruitment management and employee development.
? Strong analytical ability, leadership and management skills, has experience working with cross-functional teams to effectively execute projects
? Self-starter and good team player, with good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
? Able to drive change and continuous improvement. Proactive, innovative, well organize and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
? Excellent communication skills, fluent in Chinese and English language.
