You have a track record in delivering consistent quality and timely results to meet the hiring demands of a rapidly expanding business.

You’re now looking for the next step in your career where you will have the opportunity to work with brands within the Dentsu Aegis Network group of companies, and be responsible for the placement of the right candidates within the right timeline, as well as ensuring that your internal clients feel cared for and supported in building productive teams.

You will be responsible for filling up to 30 vacancies in Shanghai at any point in time and your mission will be to reduce lead time and improve the flow.

As part of this, you will handle everything from understanding and gathering the position requirements, acquiring talent, handling pre-screening, providing regular updates to Brand Managers, reports on the right candidates to assist their hiring decision as well as conducting thorough reference checks to ensure our high standards are maintained all throughout our recruitment process.

The role will be tough, demanding, provide you many challenges as well as opportunity to prove yourself through your results and enhance your career growth and development with our rapidly expanding company.

You will need to be self driven as you will be the person running specific projects. You will need to be persistent, not give up easily and handle pressure well to meet the growing business demands in this fast-paced environment.

This role is not for everyone, and will require your commitment and dedication to see that the results are achieved in line with our company values.

You will be based in Shanghai and report directly to the Associate HR Director, Talent Acquisition in Shanghai.
