Role Purpose:

Managing Unisys Shanghai Training Team and Knowledge Management Team, ensuring that operational training needs are met and in line with quarterly training budget.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:

Full coordination, preparation, implementation and development of Unisys Shanghai training strategy Measure, monitor, evaluate and develop the effectiveness of trainings Ensure training consultancy for leaders and colleagues Acquisition and selection of external training suppliers, preparation of contracts

Ensure that all trainings are in alignment with the quarterly training budget, and company needs

Prepare regular reports and presentations regarding the training standards, data and results Lead, coach and develop direct reports to achieve effectiveness and continuous improvementSet goals and objectives and delegate tasks with consideration and appropriatenessManage the recruitment and selection process for new team membersDocument and improve training processes Prioritize and dedicate trainer resources for the incoming training requestsManage escalations regarding trainingsWork closely with QA to collect ongoing feedback and customize training; Coordinate with language trainer to develop multiple language version training; Foster and promote learning culture in the organization in order to meet current and future development needs of the employees; Other tasks assigned by line manager



Key Qualifications:

At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a managed services environmentExcellent technical knowledge and the ability to teach and train others to gain this knowledgeExcellent leadership and people management skillsAbility to work under pressure

Active participation in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level, detailed on the Quality Portal by considering all relevant objectives, policies and procedures.
