职位描述
Job Description:
1. Payables Tracking & VAT refund accounting treatment
Process 3rd party payables of Ford China
Communicate with suppliers for payment details
Work with buyer for tooling and production parts payments
Draft and update the Production Parts Payable Desk Procedure for the new trading business
Identify improvement opportunities for the intercompany payment process
Perform monthly payables aging analysis and investigate any unusual long-aged items
Proactively contact with suppliers to do the monthly payable balance reconciliation, investigate any discrepancies, and make adjustments if required
Perform the VAT accounting treatment and support the VAT refund application process
Perform the account reconciliation on monthly basis
Prepare management metrics as required
2. Costing Accounting
Record cost accounting entries for sales business to move the parts from inventory to cost under CAS required method
Post adjustments to comply with Finance Manual and IFRS requirements
Make monthly cost summary and cost changes analysis report
Monitor the data consistency among systems, investigate any discrepancies to find the root cause
Reflect the discrepancy root cause to system launch team, and closely work with them for system optimization
3. Policy Compliance
Assist external and internal audit, explain business flow and accounting process, and immediately execute corrective actions
Complete annual internal control review for parts inventory and cost, raise implement corrective actions
Review the Policy (Finance Manual, RotR, etc.) Update draft, and feedback the local opinions to the responsible APA or global team, and implement the updates once new policy becomes effective
Assist other accounting reviews like high-risk reserves review, balance-sheet round table, etc.
4. Finance System & Project Launch Support
Develop new Ford system for tooling capital leasing system together with IT team
· Decide monthly rental pricing module for new capital leasing business
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting with about 5 years of working experience in Accounting
· Cost accounting related working experience preferred
· English Language Proficiency required
· Good Communication Skills, self-motivated with teamwork spirit
· Good Pressure management skills
