岗位职责：

1. Responsible develop, implement and follow process and lean project
2. Analyze production problem. Implement corrective solutions
3. Propose and implement product modification and improvement
4. Support other department (purchasing and quality) for technical issue
5. Follow PDCA development. Implement main project PDCA.
6. Validation and follow up of samples and prototype
7. Implement technical training for production department.

任职要求：
1. Mechanical or electrical industry. Automotive or mechanical industry preferred
2. 5 years Process technician / engineer
3. Electrical engineering skill Basic english
4. Mechanical engineering skill Autonomy
5. Lean manufacturing knowledge
6. Strong knowledge and autonomy to find improvement and implement those solutions in workshop.
