*Required Qualifications
Finance Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the IT systems implemented in the Finance function of the business. He / She will partner with the business users to provide ongoing support of the applications ensuring efficient use of technology as well as to identify and deliver any enhancements required due to changing business processes and demands.

Duties, Role and Responsibilities

This position in Shenzhen will be the first level of applications support for the business users located therein. In addition to this primary responsibility, this position will also be responsible for working on, as time permits, resolution of application issue and delivery on enhancements identified by users located in other places in the world such as Europe, Asia, and Americas.

The success of this role will depend on:
1. Timely response to the issues encountered and reported by the business users.
2. Sufficient knowledge of the Enterprise Applications for timely identification of core issue.
3. Proactive identification of potential issues in the system and process improvement opportunities.
4. Collaboration with Business System analysts and other team members located elsewhere in the world.
5. Working with offshore technical development team located in India.
6. Efficient usage of the current systems for logging and updating the issues, generating reports, and tracking progress.
7. Reporting and escalating as per the established internal organization processes and management chain.

Essential Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science or business with 3-5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst
? Oracle 11.5.10 or R12 experience within Finance modules including Oracle GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, PO, iExpense, iPayment, iProcurement, Projects
? Knowledge of complete Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report lifecycle
? Excellent communication skill in Mandarin and English
? Proactive in issue identification and resolution
? Good analytical capabilities and creative problem solving approach
? Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
? Soft Skills to work with functional and technical teams and interact with business users, peers and executive management
Additional Qualifications

Along with the essential qualifications, basic and working knowledge of followings will help in discharging the duties in an efficient and effective way:

1. Boundary applications including Markview (Kofax Systems), GetPaid, and Sabrix (Tax Software)
2. Generally used interfaces with external systems such as Wire/Electronic Payments, XML and EDI Gateway, Bank Statements Interfaces etc.
3. Technical knowledge of back-end tables in Oracle Financial Applications
4. Customization, Extensions, and Localizations and Oracle Financial Applications
