Job responsibilities
1.Quality activities handling on product develop & transfer such as FMEA, control plan, inspection criteria, FAIRs;
2.FMEA & control plan maintenance to compliance with the critical quality requirements;
3.SNF/SPS/PR related evaluation and analysis data providing;
4.Quality related training activities on production;
5.IPQC audit to drive continuous improvement;
6.KPI metrics monitor and drive continuous improvement to exceed the target;
7.SPC data review and corrective actions implemented;
8.MRB system maintenance and NCR controlling;
9.Calibration system maintenance and implement required Gage R&R analysis;
10.Customer and ISO 9001 compliance audit supporting.


Job requirements
1.College degree in electronics;
2.8-year experience in semiconductor quality function esp. in multinational environment;
3.Be familiar with ISO system, SPC, 6 Sigma and other related tools;
4.Good English skill in oral, reading and writing;
5.Analytical thinking, detail-oriented,high organizational skills and good communication skills;
6.Good team player, “can do” attitude, organized and customer oriented.
