职位描述
Principal Responsibilities：
1.To Responsible for general ledger matters, prepare the journal vouchers such as accrual, prepaid, inter-company and other adjustment.
2.To deal with State and local tax, prepare reports for Tax Bureau such as monthly VAT report, quarterly report for CIT, tax refundable on export sales etc.
3.To prepare accounts analysis for all BS & P&L items.
4.To responsible for Fixed asset management.
5.To implement / maintain the PM module in SAP to ensure MRO accuracy in both SAL & SGZ book
6.To strengthen the internal control by reviewing the existing process Vs SOX documents, Policy & Procedure and WIs quarterly.
7.To update the SOX documents and Policy & Procedure, WI periodically.
8.Coordinate & handle the annual inspection as required by local law for renewal of business license.
9.Ad hoc assignment.
Supplementary Information：
Education : College graduate or above in accounting or equivalent.
Experience : Two or more years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Others : PC application,Good written, spoken English, team worker,Good communication skill, willing to learn. Hands on experience in SAP & i-Scala.
