Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will serve as database solution architect from IBM lab to work with partners on DB2 technology partnership, in particular, to support partner's development team to develop solutions on top of IBM's data management product portfolio. The candidate should have strong communication and customer facing experience, can influence client's management and solution teams in the architecture and implementation of joint solutions.

Job Requirements (Skill/Experience):

- At least 8 years experience in database technology or application development

- Certified in DB2 or Oracle is required

- Superb knowledge in application development across multiple environment, such as Linux, Unix and Windows operating systems

- Broad know how and real project experience with multiple software architectures and development environments

- Familiar with IBM's data management product portfolio and newest technologies is required

- Have knowledge and experience of data warehouse and business intelligence for industry solutions is preferred

- Able to communicate most complex technical decisions to business clients and account teams

- Strong leadership, self-motivated, quick learner and with strong problem solving ability

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English.

- Master or above Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
