(1)工作职责Responsibility：
The SA develops and maintains the technical design and implementation for the overall applications, data and infrastructure architectures. Gains commitment for infrastructure plans, and initiates and participates in projects to evaluate technologies and methods of implementation. SA can also be responsible for end to end architectural solution implementation for complex applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Deep knowledge on SOA with projects development experience
2. Define future SOA architecture for customer based on their SOA implementation methodology, road map and governance model
3. Participates in business process assessment, analysis, design and implementation consulting engagements, both on packaged and customized
4. Assess business requirements and technology alternatives
5. Constructs conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates
6. Ensures clear understanding of customer’s requirements, in validating the business process analysis , design and implementation from proposal through deployment
7. Participating in the design and development of SOA solutions based on client requirements. Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in designing software solutions.
8. Develops multi-level relationships with customers and leads cross-functional design teams to understand and investigate the current business process design, identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, inefficient workflows and other design factors.
9. Evaluate and/or pilot new technology, develop a prototype model to make sure that the solution works.
10. Identify business services out of the business workflow
11. Responsible for the technical design and architecture of application systems across all technologies and platforms
12. Designs application's technical infrastructure, such as specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
13. Monitor and validate the services developed and published in the enterprise repository
14. Constructs program flow charts to describe the processing of data and development of precise steps and processing logic across all platforms.
15. Participates in all phases of implementation projects.

(2)职位要求Qualification
1. Bachelor or master degree, major in computer science or related field and 5+ years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience application design and experience of a large integration systems on SOA - IBM Websphere, Oracle or SAP/CRM product
3. Experience in DMS/CRM or related integration solution.
4. Applied experience in large and complexity applications and business analysis.
5. Good communication skills, team-working spirit and leadership.
