(1)工作职责Responsibility：

- Responsible for developing and executing the commercial client products (Desktop, Notebook, Workstation & solutions) marketing plans to achieve product financial goals. Owner of market analysis to identify key market opportunities and dynamics to support the development of marketing plan.

- Develop and manage effective marketing programs by working closely with regional and local marketing team to develop the go-to-market strategy and sales programs.

- Responsible for product launch & transition management, owner of product forecast and act as in-country lead to communicate with back-end demand/supply team.

- Manage product pricing and promotion strategies.

- Responsible for sales enabling & communication to drive the respective product sales & marketing plan.

- Work with APJ Marketing team to develop and manage the product/solution sales tools and collaterals.

- Responsible for identify product opportunities in commercial sector and communicate with Product Development Group (PG). Direct the long term product roadmap with product group to ensure product leadership and competiveness in the market.

- Working closely with APJ regional marketing counterparts to identify and country strengths, market potential and solution delivery capability. Contributing and leveraging regional initiatives/ideas to develop local marketing programs.

- At least 10 years experience working and at least 5 years in product marketing management role in selling/marketing IT-solutions. Ideally as Product Marketing Manager in commercial & public sector at a major IT-vendor.

- Strong understanding of Commercial & Public Sector including future trends and needs.

- Advanced ability to translate solution technologies into commercial & public customer benefits.

- Experienced in work with remote & virtual teams effectively.

- Strong Presentation & Interpersonal skills. Experienced in handling PR activities.

- Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin
