Main Objectives

Being responsible for controlling issues, incl. Data generating, Report analyzing and contacting. Also assist in preparation and consolidation of Business Planning and Target Setting.


Key responsibilities
1. Support Business Planning, including:
？ Data and Template preparation and consolidation in Business Plan.
？ Maintain data in SAP for alignment with the latest approved Business Plan.
？ Assist in preparation of RA Business Plan.
2. Support financial analysis and reporting, including:
？ Check and analyze monthly operating result; participate and coordinate Forecasting.
？ Support investment controlling in accordance with budget.
？ Support intercompany charges and transactions.
？ Contract management.
？ Gather, prepare, analyze and summarize monthly report.

4. Other Ad-hoc works assigned by Head of Finance Controlling Manager

Basic Requirements
Working experience 1+ year working experience, better in controlling area
Education Bachelor or above
English Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
German As a plus
Computer Proficiency in MS Office software, especially excel, database administration and operation, SAP as a plus
Qualification

Professional skills and abilities
1. Familiarization of relevant financial laws and regulations, IFRS and group accounting guideline.
2. Good data processing skills
3. Good skills to summarize the information
4. Good communication and coordination skills
