Senior Process Engineer/ Process Engineer Manager/Sr. Manager
高级制程工程师/PE经理 or 高级经理

岗位职责：
1) 全面负责SMT、underfill、组装、DFM、新产品导入、可靠性测试、良率与成本监督、制程不良分析、项目管理等；
2) NPI：
？ 新产品的可制造性评估，新产品导入、产品流程定义、SMT程序制作(印刷,SPI,贴片,SPC,分板) ；
？ SMT线架设，新进设备的验收，设备日常维护使用与突然故障排除，以及PM计划的制定与实施；
？ 工艺参数的评估（DOE）及优化。
3) 量产
？ 产线异常分析及处理，产品SMT良率的提升，生产线的Layout及优化；
？ 工艺流程改善,工装夹具的完善,良率及产能的提升；
？ 制定PCBA设计和生产的各项SMT工艺规范，提高自身产品的SMT工艺设计可靠性
？ 与客户保持密切沟通。

任职要求：
电子制造业（EMS）行业背景，至少3年以上经验，（经理要求8年以上，有团队管理能力）；
熟悉电子产品生产线的制程工艺，对SMT自动化生产线有一定的经验；
英文读写熟练，能与国外客户进行工作上的沟通。
